Get up and go Vitamin boost – boat recipie

This is a must have when you are hit with a storm and its time to pull up anchor and get going out of trouble.  Its refreshing, easy, and gives you your 5-a-day in one go on your food processor (yes, your food processor doubles as a smoothie drink mixer).  SO when life (or the weather) forces you to MOVE ON, in our case at full speed out of the storm, throw in these ingredients to your kitchen magician and presto…instant energy boost to get going.  And please don’t leave out the ginger!!!

Ingredients

1L Frozen orange juice (thawed a bit) or fresh oranges
1 ripe banana
1 inch of peeled ginger root
1 can of yoghurt or soy milk

Teaspoon of vanilla
