Fresh Fish Paella

A local fisherman caught some fish, too small to sell, but not in a condition to throw back into the sea. He was friendly enough to hand the fish to us, and Elizabeth had to swim over to get the fish. Charles showed us how to clean the fish, and later on it was added to a wonderful fish paella.

Easy boat paella
Recipe (2 persons):
Rice – 2 cups
Water for the rice (2 cups)
chopped union, tomato, garlic
pies
a pinch of saffron
your favorite Fish/seafood

Cook the rice until done. Add union, garlic to a frying pan an stir fry. Add tomato and other vegetables to frying pan and let simmer with the rice. Fry the fish separately.
Stir it around, and when done, add lemon and salt to taste.
